My 2026 Mid-Year ReviewDear Reader, It's that time of the year again. A look back at HY1 priorities and what's next: Continued Book PromotionAfter the launch of Real Progress, I had the honor of being on more podcasts to talk about the core ideas and spread the word further. For example, through discussions like this one with Stephanie Leue:
Public WorkshopsWhether it was online, taking eager practitioners from Product Strategy to De-risked Assumptions in my own workshops, or teaching in German as part of the Product Owner Days, I love how public workshops keep me on my toes for conveying critical messages to a heterogeneous audience. TalksAmong others, being close to the Swiss Alps for Tanja Lauer's Product Academy Summit was a rich experience for connecting from the stage and with many like-minded folks. Client WorkshopsIt's impossible to choose highlights among the amazing people I get to work with. But from public sharing, I was lucky to work with folks like MSA. What continues to amaze me is the beautiful flow of fundamental concepts clicking for people and then integrating them into their everyday reality, bit by bit. Outlook for HY2Public WorkshopsI am excited about quite a few possibilities to work with me in hands-on workshop formats (online and in-person): September 16: From Strategic Choices to Measurable Execution - Berlin September 28/29/30: Forming Clear Strategies, Measuring Progress, and De-Risking Assumptions - Online October 15: The AI-Powered PM: From Hype to Agentic Application - Munich Client WorkBesides the existing commitments deep inside the challenges of creating strategic clarity, measuring progress, and de-risking decisions amidst shifting business goals and market trends, I look forward to new emerging possibilities to work with companies. Exploring New Worlds ConvergingAs part of new business partnerships forming and an exciting talk at Digitale Leute Summit, I am excited to connect the world of hands-on value creation with sparks from what I've learned over the last few years through an intense personal development practice and non-Product practices like Qigong. Stay tuned. Thank you for Practicing Product, Tim PS: Continuing to pour that delicious coffee. As a Product Management Coach, I guide Product Teams to measure the real progress of their evidence-informed decisions. I focus on better practices to connect the dots of Product Strategy, Product OKRs, and Product Discovery. |
